REGOLAMENTO AMMISSIONE CANI IN SPIAGGIA english deutsch francais

• L’ingresso è consentito solo ai cani identificati con microchip o tatuaggio e muniti di documentazione sanitaria (vedi punti A e B).
• L'accompagnatore dovrà evitare latrati e/o abbai prolungati e comportamenti eccessivamente vivaci del proprio cane o comunque pericolosi e che potrebbero arrecare disturbo alla quiete della spiaggia. In caso contrario sarà tenuto ad allontanarsi dalla spiaggia.
• E’ vietato l’ingresso ai cani con sindrome aggressiva e femmine in periodo estrale.
• Evitare assolutamente che i cani emettano deiezioni liquide e solide nell’ambito dello stabilimento. Per questo possono essere accompagnati nel vialetto al lato dello stabilimento.
• Eventuali deiezioni solide dovranno essere immediatamente rimosse, a cura dell’accompagnatore, che dovrà essere munito degli appositi strumenti di legge previsti e depositate negli appositi contenitori dei rifiuti. In caso contrario sarà segnalato alle autorità competenti. Sono previste sanzioni amministrative pecuniarie da € 80,00 a € 480,00.
• Gli animali dovranno essere condotti sempre al guinzaglio e il custode deve essere sempre in grado di esercitare un adeguato controllo dell’animale.
• La direzione stabilirà quale ombrellone o tenda assegnare ed avrà facoltà di effettuare qualunque spostamento si dovesse rendere necessario in caso di incompatibilità dei cani con gli altri ospiti.
• I cani non dovranno essere mai lasciati incustoditi e liberi di vagare.
• I conduttori rimarranno comunque responsabili di eventuali danni a cose o a persone che potranno essere causati dai rispettivi animali. E’ gradita l’assicurazione per danni a terzi.
• Per disposizione della Capitaneria di Porto territoriale E’ vietato far accedere i cani in mare dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 19.00. Ogni inosservanza sarà segnalata alle autorità competenti e perseguita a norma di legge senza eccezione per alcuno.
• E’ vietato l’accesso degli animali alle docce dello stabilimento balneare ed alle zone igieniche riservate alle persone. Tali aree interdette sono comunque segnalate con appositi cartelli. E’ disponibile per loro una doccetta che vi sarà indicata dalla direzione.
• E’ consentito l’accesso ai cani al ristorante ed al bar, sempre accompagnati ed al guinzaglio ma è assolutamente proibito tenerli ad altezza tavolo al ristorante per dargli da mangiare.
• E’ vietato abbeverare gli animali direttamente alle fontanine o alle docce dello stabilimento. I proprietari o detentori dei cani dovranno servirsi di apposite ciotole proprie o fornite su richiesta dalla direzione.
• I cani ospitati contemporaneamente nello stabilimento non potranno superare il numero di 10 unità. Per evitare dunque spiacevoli rifiuti è consigliabile informarsi preventivamente circa la disponibilità  di posti (0584.81209) e quindi prenotare (via email).

NOTA BENE

• Il proprietario o il detentore del cane, prima dell’accesso in spiaggia,  s’impegna, verso gli organi di vigilanza a:
• fornire le proprie generalità,
• il segnalamento del o degli animali che accedono alle aree autorizzate,
• il possesso dei requisiti sanitari, di cui ai punti A e B,
• l’impegno a consegnare la documentazione relativa alle vaccinazioni di cui al punto precedente, in seguito ad eventuale richiesta degli stessi

A	L’accesso allo stabilimento è consentito a quei cani che hanno subito una vaccinazione, da non meno di 20 giorni e non più di dodici mesi precedenti, nei confronti di “cimurro”, “epatite infettiva canina” e “leptospirosi”.
B	Oltre al rispetto di quanto stabilito al punto precedente, i cani provenienti dall’estero devono soddisfare i requisiti previsti dalla legge e dimostrabili attraverso idonea documentazione.

La Direzione si riserva il diritto insindacabile di allontanare a suo giudizio e in qualsiasi momento chi non rispetta il presente regolamento non riconoscendo altresì nessun rimborso per quanto prenotato.

DOGS ADMISSION REGULATION ON THE BEACH

• Entry is allowed only to dogs identified with a microchip or tattoo and provided with health documentation (see points A and B).

• The companion must avoid barking and/or prolonged barking and excessively lively behavior of his dog or in any case dangerous and which could disturb the peace of the beach. Otherwise he will be required to move away from the beach.

• Dogs with aggressive syndrome and females in the estrus period are not allowed to enter.

• Absolutely prevent dogs from emitting liquid and solid waste in the establishment. For this they can be accompanied in the driveway to the side of the establishment.

• Any solid excrements must be removed immediately, by the accompanying person, who must be equipped with the appropriate legal instruments and deposited in the appropriate waste containers. Otherwise it will be reported to the competent authorities. Administrative fines ranging from €80.00 to €480.00 are envisaged.

• The animals must always be kept on a leash and the caretaker must always be able to exercise adequate control of the animal.

• The management will establish which umbrella or tent to assign and will have the right to make any movement that may be necessary in case of incompatibility of the dogs with the other guests.

• Dogs must never be left unattended and free to roam.

• The conductors will in any case remain responsible for any damage to things or people that may be caused by their respective animals. Insurance for damages to third parties is appreciated.

• By order of the territorial Port Authority It is forbidden to allow dogs into the sea between 9.00 and 19.00. Any non-compliance will be reported to the competent authorities and prosecuted according to the law without exception for anyone.

• Access of animals to the showers of the bathing establishment and to the hygienic areas reserved for people is prohibited. These prohibited areas are in any case marked with appropriate signs. A shower is available for them and will be indicated to you by the management.

• Dogs are allowed in the restaurant and bar, always accompanied and on a leash but it is absolutely forbidden to keep them at table height in the restaurant to feed them.

• It is forbidden to water the animals directly at the fountains or showers of the establishment. The owners or keepers of the dogs must use their own special bowls or those provided upon request by the management.

• Dogs housed in the establishment at the same time cannot exceed the number of 10 units. Therefore, to avoid unpleasant refusals, it is advisable to inquire in advance about the availability of places (by email).

PLEASE NOTE

• The owner or keeper of the dog, before accessing the beach, undertakes to the supervisory bodies to:

o provide your personal details,

o the signaling of the animal or animals that access the authorized areas,

o possession of the health requirements, referred to in points A and B,

o the commitment to deliver the documentation relating to the vaccinations referred to in the previous point, following any request from the same

A	Access to the plant is allowed to those dogs that have undergone a vaccination, for no less than 20 days and no more than the previous twelve months, against "distemper", "infectious canine hepatitis" and "leptospirosis".
B	In addition to compliance with the provisions of the previous point, dogs from abroad must meet the requirements established by Italian law and demonstrable through suitable documentation.

REGELUNG FÜR DIE ZULASSUNG VON HUNDEN AM STRAND

• Der Zutritt ist nur Hunden gestattet, die mit einem Mikrochip oder einer Tätowierung gekennzeichnet und mit einem Gesundheitsdokument versehen sind (siehe Punkte A und B).

• Der Begleiter muss Bellen und/oder längeres Bellen und übermäßig lebhaftes Verhalten seines Hundes oder auf jeden Fall gefährliches und das die Ruhe des Strandes stören könnte, vermeiden. Andernfalls muss er sich vom Strand entfernen.

• Hunde mit Aggressionssyndrom und Hündinnen in der Brunstzeit haben keinen Zutritt.

• Hunde unbedingt daran hindern, flüssige und feste Abfälle in der Einrichtung abzugeben. Dazu können sie in die Einfahrt seitlich der Einrichtung begleitet werden.

• Feste Exkremente sind unverzüglich durch die Begleitperson, die mit den entsprechenden Rechtsinstrumenten ausgestattet sein muss, zu entfernen und in den entsprechenden Abfallbehältern zu entsorgen. Andernfalls wird es den zuständigen Behörden gemeldet. Vorgesehen sind Bußgelder in Höhe von 80,00 € bis 480,00 €.

• Die Tiere müssen immer an der Leine gehalten werden und der Pfleger muss immer in der Lage sein, das Tier ausreichend zu kontrollieren.

• Die Direktion legt fest, welcher Sonnenschirm oder welches Zelt zugewiesen werden soll, und hat das Recht, alle erforderlichen Bewegungen vorzunehmen, falls die Hunde nicht mit den anderen Gästen kompatibel sind.

• Hunde dürfen niemals unbeaufsichtigt und frei herumlaufen gelassen werden.

• Die Schaffner bleiben in jedem Fall für Schäden an Sachen oder Personen verantwortlich, die durch ihre jeweiligen Tiere verursacht werden können. Eine Versicherung für Schäden an Dritten ist erwünscht.

• Auf Anordnung der territorialen Hafenbehörde ist es verboten, Hunde zwischen 9.00 und 19.00 Uhr ins Meer zu lassen. Jede Nichteinhaltung wird den zuständigen Behörden gemeldet und ausnahmslos für jedermann strafrechtlich verfolgt.

• Der Zutritt von Tieren zu den Duschen der Badeanstalt und zu den Personen vorbehaltenen Hygienebereichen ist untersagt. Diese verbotenen Bereiche sind in jedem Fall mit entsprechenden Schildern gekennzeichnet. Eine Dusche steht ihnen zur Verfügung und wird Ihnen von der Direktion mitgeteilt.

• Hunde sind im Restaurant und in der Bar erlaubt, immer in Begleitung und an der Leine, aber es ist absolut verboten, sie im Restaurant auf Tischhöhe zu halten, um sie zu füttern.

• Es ist verboten, die Tiere direkt an den Brunnen oder Duschen der Einrichtung zu tränken. Die Besitzer oder Halter der Hunde müssen ihre eigenen speziellen Näpfe verwenden oder solche, die auf Anfrage von der Geschäftsleitung zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

• Gleichzeitig in der Einrichtung untergebrachte Hunde dürfen die Anzahl von 10 Einheiten nicht überschreiten. Um unangenehme Absagen zu vermeiden, empfiehlt es sich daher, sich vorab über die Verfügbarkeit von Plätzen (per email).

BITTE BEACHTEN SIE

• Der Eigentümer oder Halter des Hundes verpflichtet sich vor dem Zugang zum Strand gegenüber den Aufsichtsbehörden:

o Ihre persönlichen Daten angeben,

o die Signalisierung des Tieres oder der Tiere, die Zugang zu den zugelassenen Bereichen haben,

o Besitz der Gesundheitsanforderungen gemäß den Punkten A und B,

o die Verpflichtung, die Unterlagen zu den im vorherigen Punkt genannten Impfungen auf Anfrage zu liefern

A	Der Zugang zur Anlage ist jenen Hunden gestattet, die mindestens 20 Tage lang und höchstens in den vorangegangenen zwölf Monaten gegen „Staupe“, „infektiöse Hundehepatitis“ und „Leptospirose“ geimpft wurden.
B	Hunde aus dem Ausland müssen neben der Einhaltung der Bestimmungen des vorigen Punktes die gesetzlich festgelegten und durch geeignete Unterlagen nachweisbaren Anforderungen erfüllen.

RÈGLEMENT POUR L'ADMISSION DES CHIENS SUR LA PLAGE

• L'entrée n'est autorisée qu'aux chiens identifiés par une puce électronique ou un tatouage et munis d'un carnet de santé (voir points A et B).

• Le compagnon doit éviter les aboiements et/ou les aboiements prolongés et les comportements excessivement vifs de son chien ou en tout cas dangereux et qui pourraient troubler la tranquillité de la plage. Sinon il sera obligé de s'éloigner de la plage.

• Les chiens atteints du syndrome agressif et les femelles en période d'œstrus ne sont pas autorisés à entrer.

• Empêcher absolument les chiens d'émettre des déchets liquides et solides dans l'établissement. Pour cela ils peuvent être accompagnés dans l'allée à côté de l'établissement.

• Tous les excréments solides doivent être enlevés immédiatement, par l'accompagnateur, qui doit être équipé des instruments légaux appropriés et déposés dans les conteneurs à déchets appropriés. Sinon, il sera signalé aux autorités compétentes. Des amendes administratives allant de 80,00 € à 480,00 € sont envisagées.

• Les animaux doivent toujours être tenus en laisse et le gardien doit toujours être en mesure d'exercer un contrôle adéquat de l'animal.

• La direction établira quel parapluie ou tente attribuer et aura le droit de faire tout déplacement qui pourrait être nécessaire en cas d'incompatibilité des chiens avec les autres invités.

• Les chiens ne doivent jamais être laissés sans surveillance et en liberté.

• Les accompagnateurs resteront en tout état de cause responsables des dommages aux choses ou aux personnes qui pourraient être causés par leurs animaux respectifs. Une assurance pour les dommages aux tiers est appréciée.

• Par arrêté de l'Autorité Portuaire territoriale Il est interdit de laisser les chiens à la mer entre 9h00 et 19h00. Tout non-respect sera signalé aux autorités compétentes et poursuivi conformément à la loi sans exception pour quiconque.

• L'accès des animaux aux douches de l'établissement balnéaire et aux zones sanitaires réservées aux personnes est interdit. Ces zones interdites sont dans tous les cas signalées par des panneaux appropriés. Une douche est à leur disposition et vous sera indiquée par la direction.

• Les chiens sont admis au restaurant et au bar, toujours accompagnés et tenus en laisse mais il est absolument interdit de les garder à hauteur de table dans le restaurant pour les nourrir.

• Il est interdit d'abreuver les animaux directement aux fontaines ou douches de l'établissement. Les propriétaires ou les gardiens des chiens doivent utiliser leurs propres bols spéciaux ou ceux fournis sur demande par la direction.

• Les chiens hébergés dans l'établissement en même temps ne peuvent excéder le nombre de 10 unités. Par conséquent, pour éviter les refus désagréables, il est conseillé de se renseigner à l'avance sur la disponibilité des places (0584.81209) puis de réserver (par e-mail).

VEUILLEZ NOTER

• Le propriétaire ou le gardien du chien, avant d'accéder à la plage, s'engage auprès des organismes de surveillance à :

o fournir vos coordonnées personnelles,

o la signalisation de l'animal ou des animaux qui accèdent aux zones autorisées,

o possession des conditions sanitaires, visées aux points A et B,

o l'engagement de délivrer la documentation relative aux vaccinations visées au point précédent, suite à toute demande du même

A	L'accès à la plante est autorisé aux chiens qui ont été vaccinés, pendant au moins 20 jours et au plus au cours des douze mois précédents, contre la "maladie de Carré", "l'hépatite infectieuse canine" et la "leptospirose".
B	Outre le respect des dispositions du point précédent, les chiens provenant de l'étranger doivent satisfaire aux exigences établies par la loi et démontrables au moyen d'une documentation appropriée.
